Description:
This is for processing tech support requests online. Can be developed using a combination of ASP and HTML. Other solutions will be considered too.
Three Active Server Pages: RequestSupport.asp, RequestList.asp and RequestForm.asp linked to a database, tech support guys have to log in, customers do not have to log in. Email answers sent directly directly to customers from the RequestForm.asp page. For detail specs see attached file specs.zip.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Documentation so that a non expert programmer can understand the variable, modules and algoritms.
