Description:
Managing Your Development Strategy This project has been split into phases (or stages) of development. You should try and ensure you have completed one phase before moving on to the next (usually more difficult/challenging) phase. Taking one step at a time is especially important for a project involving STL and templates (like this one) - the error and warning messages can become difficult to decipher, if you have more than one section of your code which could contain the error. Note on Terminology You should note that, in line with current RMIT terminology: - Where a “course” appears in this document, it refers to what was previously (more commonly) known as a “subject”. (e.g. COSC1253 is a course). - What was previously (more commonly) known as a “course” is now known as a “program” (e.g. “Grad Dip in Software Engineering” is a program). Page 2 of 11 Detailed Requirements - Phase 1 The initial phase of this system is only required to have minimal user interaction. Instead, most data for the system is loaded from and saved to files. All student contact details are stored and maintained in the file, students.dat Refer to Appendix A for format details. Students enrolment history (including marks for past courses) is contained in the file, enrolments.dat Refer to Appendix A for format details. Upon beginning execution of your application, data contained in these files should be automatically loaded into memory, for access by your system. Detail of Specification are come with a PDF file
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Hi!
This project sound very interesting to me.
I have strong experience delivering urgent solutions for students - just look at my projects list (in coder resume)! I easily adjust to any level of your programming expertise.
Development cost is US$10 x 7 phases.
Support and help desk are included.
And I see no problems with deadline.
As usual I will send you first available alpha version so you can review coding style, density of comments and stuff like that.
And I see no problems with deadline.
Support and help desk are included.
As I understand project will be done in a few phases having executable and source code separately for each phase. One evolving from another by improving functionality.
It will be a relatively simple text-menu interface. The menu has numbered items and user types the number in command prompt, then it is analyzed and processed. Menu will be done as class so sub menus will be also classes - children.
Makefile is not a problem. It can be a single one or one per each phase (let me know your preferences).
My requirements:
* That you stay accessible during all assignment. Especially for the testing part.
* I may require access to your school system to make sure code compiles with THEIR version of g++ and make. By this bid I certify that system will not be used for any other purpose and access rights will remain unchanged. Otherwise you should be ready to compile it there at my request.
* I need to know your availability for discussing assignment and answering any questions that may arise. I'd prefer you response time will be a few hours starting from Friday Oct. 11.
I'm ready to start ASAP. If you want to discuss it in greater details, feel free to contact me using Private Reply link below. Please don't wait for too long, so I will have as much time for testing as possible. I will need at least two days (Saturday and Sunday). Please note that my time is US Central time, so I will have to deliver project by Sunday noon local time. I would say that Wednesday-Thursday are optimal time for start of work.
Best regards and hope to hear from you soon, Paul
P.S. I've done quite a few international projects and I had two for students in Sydney. |
