Description:
i need a calculator type functions in an HTML page.
i have a web page and on that page will be several fields that a visitor can enter his information, when he finishes entering his info, he clicks a button which then completes the simple computation of the fields to produce his answer. it's very basic math processed by the fields.
i have a working model now in Excel and I just want to convert this same process over to HTML so people can use it online.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
