Streaming Audio/Video to Web Page
I am looking for a way to use Windows Media Player and Real Player to play back audio and video to a web page.. The audio and or video file must buffer and play back as smoothly as possible for all type of connection speeds.. I would like an option to allow a user to select their bandwidth speed.. for an example please look at http://www.msnbc.com/m/hs/ie/hs.asp?id=&p=&lnk=1 The Audio file should play back wav, mp3, au and any other standard. The Video should play back mpg, avi, mov and any other standard format.
1. Using Windows Media Player and Real Player create a web page that will play back Audio files and Video files…
2. Allow the user to select the bandwidth speed of their internet connection
3. Buffer the Audio and or Video file to the media player using their connection speed.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
