Description:
I am writing a small IDE for Pick/Basic. A part of this IDE is the Designer. I am NOT able to write the part for moving and resizing the controls on the form with and without containers in an professional way (with Grips for resizing, with borderline for moving and with a snap to grid function) also, if this is possible also the possibility to move a group of controls, as I can do in VB
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional and complete source code of all work done.
You can do it in a modul, class, ocx or whatever you think is best for me to use it and to implement in my work.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
will be integrated in my VB 6.0 program
