The product to be auctioned are school books. The site will be hosted on a NT server. I do not have cgi acces but am able to work with PHP. This small auction will enable users to set their account, and to be charge a certain price for listing the product they want to sell. Almost like ebay but not that complicated. I need something simple and easy to use. I do not want to hire a coder just to keep up with the program. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: Server is a Win 2000 server, and have access to PHP. No Pearl capabilites, I would like the auction to function on most browsers.
