When the image is clicked, if it has not added the borders, it will add the borders around the image. If you have to use the picture control, that's fine as well. It should then look like the image to the right that does have the borders. You cannot just redo the image in a paint program and repost because some of the pictures used does not have borders. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
