Description:
I have a website with 135 asp product pages generated via xslt, ie not database driven. An Access 2000 database file was exported from the xml file that was used to create each page(will email mdb file).
I wish to allow web visitors to cast a vote on any of the product pages. The voting scale is to be 1 to 5 inclusive while the form will use radio buttons, ie 5 buttons with values 1-5. Ability to limit each visitor to 1 vote/product required. After submitting a vote, a small popup window will open with a short message, eg "Thanks for voting. Close window."
Also require the ability to display the average vote for that product, eg "Average is 4.6/5.0 from 17 votes". This would not display if no votes have been recorded.
Not required but useful would be a basic admin page that displays total number of votes cast on a daily basis, and average vote across all products.
Please work from the mdb file (I'll email it) and amend as required. Design is not important as I'll integrate raw code into my pages. Well commented code would help here.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
