Greetings Ken, I have worked with fdf files before, and I have great code to help toward this project. I have made a small demo that shows the reading in of one type. (Sorry about the dlls, but these make the code simple and easily readable.) My source code to do this is about 25 lines and simple to follow.
My bidding price includes the reading and writing, the 14 rows of text boxes, as well as some various other stuff (that we would need to discuss).
To answer some of your questions, there is a much better way to write, but the way you've named the fields is perfect. I just need to clear some questions up if you are interested in my bid, so let me know if you can.
I look forward to working with you, feel free to let me know of any questions or concerns.
Regards, djschick |

I've attached the same demo as I did earlier, but this has an installer so you don't have to worry about the dlls. This means to remove properly, you should uninstall (through control panel or start installer again). VSInstaller has a bug so if there's an error, just click 'Continue' and everything should still be fine.
The stuff I haven't done so far is quite easy and I can finish it 2-3 days after acceptance of my bid, max. The code will be very short and easy, it could end up shorter than your existing code.
