Description:
Please look at the attached .zip file. Read the .doc file called "Instructions." Read the part labeled "TO DO", and complete those two tasks.
I need this done within a couple hours. Please bid with it completed for me to test. If it works, you will autmatically be given the bid, and I will accept your work.
I will not accept bids without completed work, since the time frame is so short. I will be closing the bidding within one or two hours.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
