Description:
I need to contact a Coder that can work/develop programs using genetic algorithms, once i have been contacted i will post send the work in. this project will need comprehensive and will need a full report to include background info on the basis of each part, as so that i can read and understand it. Anyone that can program GA and has an extensive knowledge may apply.

The work is based on a recursive filter using matlab, i have a copy of source code for a non-recursive filter, this needs to be redesigned to work for a recursive filter.

All source code will be provided, i need the coder to identify which parts of the source code need changing, also a formal report on the background of GA'S is a must, and how the recursive filter design was formed from background knowledge and the source code provided.

A small report must be sent to me by 16 Jan 03, which must include background knowledge of GA'S, how the program forms/operates the non-recursive side for digital filters, and how it can be implemented to design recursive filters. Any recommendations as well must be commented on.

from the file attached, define.m is the subroutine to choose different types of filters, by selecting and inoputing each number at the begining of the text.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, including a comprehensive formal report, and comments on the source code. Giving all diagrams and results that have been obtained of the running of the filters(showing characteristics). Conclusions, recommendations, Introduction to GA'S(INDEPTH).

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Special Conditions / Other:
As stated the Ga must be handed back in a comprehensive report style doc, to include a indepth introduction, the original source code, how this and other knowledge will be used to redesign for recursive filter, the development process to design recursive filter, results, diagrams & graphs, recommendations, conclusions, appendices, references.
