Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) The program must meet the specifications in the attached file EXACTLY. Do not provide any "extra features".
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Must work on Windows 98 or later. You can use any compiler but Visual C++ 6.0 is preferred (not required).
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Sep 29, 2002 8:00:00 AM EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
This project MUST be completed by Sunday, 9/29/2002, 8:00am EST, US. Please do not bid if you can't meet the deadline.
Additional Files:
This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hi,
I didn't see your ram.h and ram.cpp files in the attached .zip file. I would like to do this for you, and can guarantee delivery before the due date of 9/29.
I also bid on your prefix Java project. If you would accept this deal, I can do them both for you within a couple days, and I will lower my bid to $25 for both projects ($12.50 each).
Let me know if you are interested. If you are, I will lower both bids to total $25 and I will like to see any additional files that might help me with your C++ project.

Whoops!
I thought I had bid $15 on the java project, but I only bid $10. So if you accept both, I will drop the C++ one to $10.00 and do them both for $20 for you.
