What I am looking for can be seen on this site:

On the left hand side of the screen you will see an image that says "Free 60 Day Trial". When you mouse over that image another image "flies out" to the right under the existing image. And when you mouse out the image goes back...
Same concept. Javascript or XML or ????
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
