Description:
We are seeking a pay-to-view solution for a web site that is under construction. The site hosting, web design, shopping cart (SoftCart v 5.1.2) merchant account and payment gateway (Paymentech) have all been established. We would like a solution to interface with Paymentech that would allow real-time payment processing as well as populating data into an Access database once the transaction was approved. The database would include user name, password, and a mechanism for automating beginning and ending time allowed to view pay-only information. Selected form data from the SoftCart process would be passed on to the user database. The web server is a Windows 2000 platform and the Paymentech gateway is XML based.
All source code for the cart can be provided, as well as all html code, including graphics. I am capable of designing the look/feel around your code (using Macromedia UltrDev 4), and I am familiar with basic ASP and database concepts. I am open to alternative methods of achieving the same result.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
