Description:
This is the 3rd Time I have posted this Project, the past two Coders Disappeared half way through the project. If you can't complete this Project with 7 Days of my Accepting your Bid then I will cancel the Project and choose the next Coder. Attached is a VB File showing you what is required. Ask as many Questions as you wish.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Ken,
I can finish this screen saver of yours within 7 days. The attached Word document has explained very clear of what you want your screen saver to be.
The logos can be scaled to any size you wish and whether you want to keep its aspect ratio also. The only thing I need from you is to make sure the logos are big enough so that they will look good at any size when scaled.
When in the slideshow mode, the images can be stretched or shrank to fit the screen; keeping its aspect ratio if you wished.
Other programs can change all the options saved to the registry by this screen saver.
The BOUNCING of small images around the logon is a little tricky, but it is something that I can easily handle with a help of a math book.
I've written many screen savers before, attached files is a sample screen saver. I coded this screen saver using the host/plugins architecture so it is a little tricky to set it up.
Here is the instruction to setup my screen saver:
1. Copy the .scr file to the System32
2. Copy the .dll file to the folder of your choice
3. Register the .dll file using the regsrv32.
4. Open the display property and choose the 'RT Screen Savers'
5. Click on the Settings... button to open the configuration dialog.
6. Click on the Setting button and then set the Modules folder to the folder where you've saved the .dll file.
7. Switch back to the Modules tab to see the preview and more configuration options.
