Description:
I would like a full duplex internet radio client/server for my business. It should be set up in a talk-show format, with the ability for listeners to call into the show. It will allow for unlimited users to be connected, as well as unlimited talkers at the same time. It should be able to play multiple sounds in the background while people are talking. Please model it after AlternaCast's TalkShow software. A screenshot should be seen at www.fancast.com of what we would like for the functionality. Looks we can do, we just need the functionality. It needs to only use up about 12-20kbps per listener. There is a possibility of use of the winning coder again for upgrading purposes. From this auction, I will create another private auction with only the coders that I deem are possibilites, so bid well! This would be a long term project. The client must be web-based, an activeX of some sort.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows preferred, Linux is OK if it is not possible.
