A detailed spec will be provided to winning bid but here is an overview of requirements: 1)IE toolbar installed by user via activeX control. 2)12 pulldown buttons with linked menus 3)Button graphics, titles and pulldown menus must be updateable by non-coder. via text file,xml or other method is fine 4)Ability for user to change button order, add buttons from webpage list and remove buttons. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Me an Microsoft Certified Profesional. I will do this VC++ and ATL, So the Toolbar will be in very small in size. Yes We can create toolbar Buttons and Text Dynamically by polling a URL or TExt file or a XML file. A config will be given to the Admin , where he can change the content, add buttons , remove buttons and change the order of the toolbar.
