Description:
Hi,
I would like to purchase for these script source (asp/access);
1, User apply for member to entry the mail/message zone,
2, member can create group inside member list only
3, member write a message then select which group(can uncheck group user list too) to send to view
4, message can be reply,delete,file attach(jpg,gif,pdf)
please quote the price and perior to finish.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I understand exactly what you require.
I will provide you with an New User Form for membership in the mail/message zone. The user information will be saved to your Access Database. The User will be able to create a New Group in the Member List. They can create a new message and select the Group which will be able to view it. The user can also upload a file, which can be viewed along with the new message. This is very similar to several Discussion Group Applications I have developed.
