Description:
we already have a screenshot of the ideal template we want made. we need this template built into HTML, fast loading and some custom small graphics to represent a couple of our links *services* at our site. we need someone who has the design ability as well as the know to show us a better way to display our information currently at our website. included in this project will be for you to build 2 of our pages using the new approved template.
also we need a custom animated GIF banner in the template and we'll show the successful bidder.
we need this done ASAP.
Deliverables:
Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
