I also need someone who will teach me how to do the forms because I'll need to update them (add and delete fields) each week. I use Dreamweaver, IE, and Windows 98. NOTE: My web host provider recommended that I use CDONTS, so they fully support it. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working forms(s) using CDONTS code as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Instructions on how to post to my server so it works. I can also so you how to send data to a database, adding records, or pully records from a query and send the results by e-mail using CDONTS. So i could show you alot of things using ASP, DB, CDONTS. So if you add/delete a field on your form, the script should still work with out making any changes to the ASP script itself.
