Code must run under any set of priviledges the user might have, so long as the program is allowed to run. Must not use any external files. No special drivers. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working procedure or function running in a delphi application under Windows XP. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) Code must be well commented, ie. : my definition of well commented.
