Description:
What i need done, is i would like to have a few request forms build and the tables that store this information in the database. Web consumers will be able to enter information from on of the request forms on the web site and after they sumnit this information, they will be able to search the database for other information. I will explain in more deatil what type of business this will perain to after i find a coder that will do this for me. THANK-YOU FOR ALL YOUR BIDS AND COMMENTS , HAVE JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY WEB PROVIDER DOES NOT SUPPORT FRONTPAGE EXTENSIONS SO AM TRYING TO FIND A WEB PROVIDER THAT CAN SUPPORT THESE EXTENSIONS. WILL ACCEPT BID VERY VERY SOON.THANKS AGAIN
