Description:
I need a ActiveX control that enables users to use their webcam to record a video and compress and upload it to a designated ftp server.
I have a version that was built using DirectX, but this limits it to machines with DX8+. I need a version that will run on any Windows Platform, without DirectX.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 9x - XP and within IE4+

| For this amount I can do the recording bit only using Windows API (more specifically using Video Capturing API - which comes with Windows by default). However, you will have to implement the upload. If that is of interest to you, please let me know. cheers! |
