On this window, the person should have the ability to test and hear the various sounds before actually selecting it and installing it. The files should download from the above URL. If I complete within that time I will spend the rest of the time adding functionality. I intend for the GUI to look as similar to ICQ as possible in terms of style of graphics, animations, etc. If you should wish for a super-futuristic look instead then I can do that as well.
