Description:
Basically what I need is a VB6 program that is a full clone of Spam Killer but with a totally different but VERY attractive and easy to use GUI.

I want all the functions/features/contents of SpamKiller, including but not limited to auto-update of filters, auto-update of new upgrades etc ... But it's very important it does not look like SpamKiller at all!!!
You MUST also be able to come up with ideas for features and functions by yourself to include to make this the "Best spam killing" tool available.
I'm also open for your suggestions and ideas as well as you should be open for mine to make this an outstanding product.
IMPORTANT: In your bid include your description and ideas how you can make this a top of the art application, and also when you can start this project and when you expect to have it done.
You MUST have experience in creating this kind of software with a professional and commersial quality. Please submit links to previous project you done in your bid so we can check out your abilities.
We also require you to send us source code prototypes several times a week so we can follow your work, and if needed ask for modifications etc ...
When project is 100% done and accepted by us, we will release the payment to you.
Sorry, NO advanced payment since we actually got burned here before by coders who could not finish!
We can discuss project dealine if you need more time.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I need the coder to start and finish this project asap.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
