We need this code to be a module in an existing project. We can provide three parameters about 6 times per second, these are in 3 variables, heading, pitch and roll, they are all between 0 and 360 degrees. We need the cylinder to rotate to the correct angle in all 3 dimensions and redraw itself without looking jerky if possible. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. We develop and VB engine to virtual routes, it's based in a 3er part engine free use. I will use the engine to make your programm.
