Now the trickey part. Initial form, run from server, will send to an exchange DL and make a dBase entry if line item can be colored either background or small box at beginning (red for overdue, yellow is pending, green for complete the better) (see fields on attachment) ... Second front will allow the "working end/people" to send back a response to the work order via buttons, bells or whistles (transport via exchange e-mail) with a choice of (or something like) scheduled, ordered and/or some sort of status. Your choice. Basically, user friendly and boss pretty. With ability to change the e-mail links of people ... as personnel come and go ... if a big issue ... can live without them. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
