Two banners are required. Both must be an exe (like attachment) to run in my logon script ... banner will lock into top center postion of screen and "disappear" on rollover of mouse. If the "disappear on rollover" is not possible ... user must have the ability to move out of the way, but NOT off the screen. Banner (1), see attached sample, will be GREEN background with white lettering "SBU-UNCLAS" banner (2) exactly same size as example, will be RED background with white lettering "SECRET". Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: NT4/2K Baner, see attachment, is called up during the logon ... and then sits "ON TOP' of everything that is opened ... that is why the "roll over" would be nice ... IMPORTANT part !! "Rollover" when the mouse pointer goes across the banner ... it either temporarly disappears or moves out of the way ... when the mouse pointer is gone ... the banner goes back to where it started ... Without the source whole project would take me 1 or 2 hours to finish and fully test. I also noticed that at the moment you can easily remove your banner (by pressing Alt+F4) on it, and I'm pretty sure there will be many other ways to remove it.
