Description:
The modules should allow generation of a report, with text and graph. The first input argument is for the specifying the text in the report. The first argument is a collection of string, information about its location on the report and font. The second argument is for specifying the graph. It is a two-dimensional array of double numbers, with first column being the x coordinate and the second column being the y coordinate.
The graph should be customizable, such as autoscaling or manual scaling, showing/not showing grid lines, x/y axis labels and title labels.
The module should include third, fourth, and etc argument if necessary to specifiy other relevant informations concerning the graph.
The module should not invoke any commercial programs, but it may invoke freeware and sharewares (which allows commercial redistribution).
Deliverables: Source code of the module, and the demo program (with source code) showing the usage of the module. Help files are preferred. The source code should be compilable and executable in window 98 and 2000 environment. Should include error checking.
Special Conditions / Other:
Should complete by june 20.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hi, my method of choice in this instance would be to make an OCX of the graphing modules. This makes for the easiest portability to any applications you need it in, without too much effort on your programmers. Completing by 6/20 is no problem either, but the sooner we get started, the better. Thanks for your consideration. |
