Uses the same type of display engine as I.E. but does not rely on I.E. to be resident on users PC. When opened, the exe registers itself on that PC and renders its ability to be reinstalled elsewhere (another PC) but can only be opened on the PC that originally opened it the first time. Deliverables: I need to be able to package/compile my ebooks and screensaver (exe install files) into a downloadable that when it is run the first time, these three things occur: 1.) The ebook is allowed to open normally and registers itself to the registry. Once registered, that EXE file (ebook) is ONLY able to run on that same PC "only". Meaning if I now copied that file to a diskette or emailed to my friend, that when the EXE (ebook) file is executed again, that a screen would appear that says "Sorry, this ebook has already been installed one time." 2.) Then the OK button is clicked and that screen closes. When the code or key is written to the registry, I want it buried DEEP so that people cannot easily do a search for it and delete the registry setting to install again. Also I want this entry in the registry to be a 12 to 16 digit random number. Finally, I want to be able to package/compile my EXE (ebook) files and make a setting in the compiling process that will allow multiple installs before expiring. Meaning, if someone purchased a 10 license pack of my ebook, they would be able to install that file on up to 10 computers ONLY before the EXE became non-functioning. I want to sell licenses of 100, 250, 1000, etc. Now just to clarify, once the EXE (ebook) file has been opened once successfully on a PC, the next time it is opened and all future times, on that same PC, it validates the registry entry and will always open on that same PC, but when copied to another PC, will NOT open successfully unless as described above there are still more licenses remaining in the file they downloaded. This compiler must be able to have all the same browser type features as Internet Explorer 5.0. Meaning any type of HTML codes that work in I.E. 5.0 will work in the engine used to run my ebook files. Also, if this is possible, I would like this to be a cross-platform compatible, meaning a Mac or Linux/Unix OS could view the ebook as well. In addition, it would be great if this engine did not depend on I.E. at all so it is not necessary for I.E. to be installed to view everything correctly. This is an extremely URGENT project. I need bids from coders who speak fluent English and give me updates at least 3 times each week on the project. I expect the coder/programmer to perform all necessary testing on Win95, Win98, Win98 SE, Win ME, Win NT, Win 2000, Win XP and all other OS to make sure this program works perfectly. I need a full source code to this program once completed as well as the finished software that works as outlined above as well as complete copyrights to all work purchased.
