Description:
Needed:
A web application, that will open up an Access2000 dbase, display all columns from a table, adding in a checkbox for a yes/no. User gets to decide who will/will not receive this email message by checking names (a 'check all/uncheck all' button also needed).
A form on this page must allow the user to type in an email message to be sent.
They are then able to click on TEST, which sends a test email to themselves, or SEND which sends the email to all of the 'checked' email addresses.
Also, a button must be present called ARCHIVE, that will take the user to a new page that will list date, message and all recipients names -- a library of past email messages is needed, nicely formatted as well.
Structure:
Access2000 dbase table will hold ID#, NAME, DATE, EMAIL ADDRESS, EDIT and DELETE columns. Clicking on either EDIT will bring up that record only for editing of any of the fields with a then update function, and DELETE which will simply delete that record from the table.
File structure should be all .asp files in the root, with a sub folder 'dbase' for the Access2000 dbase and another sub folder 'images' for all graphic images.
This app must be TESTED before it will be accepted for testing on our own part!!!
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
