I have developed several sites with these features and more.

I highly recommend using MS SQL Server rather than MS Access. As your business increases, there will be a point where Access will not be able to carry the load.
Included in my bid is an online administration module that would allow you to add new products, edit products, set special pricing, use gift cerificates, coupons, set special prices for customers, handle tax and shipping information and View sales, stock, shipping reports.
