Description:
PHP and possibly Javascript
Lets me create download links that expire within a specified period of time and that can be 5 minutes, 1 hour, or any amount of time I choose.
Hides the directory where my digital content is stored.
Disable a certain page from being accessed directly even if the correct url were typed into the browser. But the exact same link will work when someone comes from the correct referring url. This can be set by me and can be set to more than one referring url if I want.
For example if I sell a product I want only people being sent from ClickBank to be able to access the download page. I might also at the same time want people at my site to be able to reach the download page so if my site is the referring url I would only need to hard code a link into my site.
That same link if pasted elsewhere would not work. Only works through authorized referring domains.
Show a customizable 'Error' page when someone tries to access my download pages or links from any site other than the ones I specify as authorized referral domains.
Example: If people were to type into their browser...
http://www.MyDomain.com/download.php?dl=filename.zip I want them to get an error message (404 page) that I can customize.
If however people were to click on a live example of that link on a domain that is an authorized referrer they will be able to download the file with no problems.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

What he didnt mention was the time-limit you need. Could you please tell me some details about this? How is it supposed to work?
