Description:
I have two reports in Access 97. I want one report to print 3 records on the first page and the second report to print 3 records on the next page and so on and so forth. I have written a program that collates the reports using a module. The problem is that it sends the reports to the printer and will not print duplex. I have a HP LaserJet 2200d that prints duplex and have checked the appropriate selection in printer setup. The problem is the data is coming from 2 reports and not one. The first report uses one table and the second report uses another and references the first report table. Remember, I want 3 records from the first report to print on odd pages and 3 records from the second report to print on even pages. Thank you for your help and although I am not very familiar with Access I am an expert in html, javascript, and cgi Perl etcetera. I will be able to understand your directions and make the changes with very little time required on your part.
Deliverables: Some simple direction on what to do should suffice as long as I am able to implement it. I am an experienced programmer although I am not very familiar with Access. With your direction I will be able to build Queries, Tables, Reports, and add Modules.

If it is not to late to bid.. Here is how I would do it. Place both reports as sub-reports in a new one in details section. Place page break between tow sub-reports. Make the sub-query as TOP 3 from the queries used in your two reports.
Please see attached sample databse to get idea how it could be done. I will be more then glad to help you out with (or create it for you) the real database that you have. Just send me the reports in question and their recordsets (data sources with sample tables to play with).
