Description:
Program a script, similar to the one provided at: http://www.dhtmlcentral.com/script/search.asp?category=other (called “WindowScript”) with the following additional features:
1. Have the windows load from a link, not upon page load.
2. Have the content of the windows load from an external file, i.e. HTML/ASP page.
3. Have the window load to the side of the linked clicked to load the window.
Example:

OR
<A HRE"#" OnLoad="loadWindow('http://www.yahoo.com&'); return false">Load Me (Yahoo!)</A>
Please note that the syntax is just an example, the exact syntax used by the script is to be decided by the coder and accepted by us.
Of course it is also important that features such as resize, scroll, size, loading location, etc would be possible to change on the fly.
Most important of all: the script must be able to load on ALL browsers (please specify in your bid on which browser/version the script will not operate).
Examples of past scripts will be helpful in determining winner.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
