Description:
I'm looking to build a recordset in VB6 that will pull all data for PatientID = 260 from 3 different tables, then sort the data by Date.

I want to then be able to show the data sorted by date, as well as print the entire list of data (probably using VB6's datareport).

I've included an example database with the three tables, SOAP, Notes, and Patient Messages. Each of these tables have the PatientID field. The Date field, however, is named differently in these tables. It is "EncounterDate" in the SOAP table, and "DATE" in the other tables.

I tend to pick bids that show me a working demo (doesnt have to be pretty, though). Perhaps you could use a TREEVIEW to show the relation of these items based on date, and when clicking on the tree view it would pull the applicable data and show it. But I also want to be able to print it all out in order by date.

Finally, the code MUST be short and sweet and well documented, and not call any ocx's or other external components. Optimally, you could do this in a couple procedures and with less than a dozen or two lines of code using ado.

I look forward to your solutions!
