Description:
I am looking for a complete Intranet system (events, news, forums, classified, voting, links, etc) built in ASP with a MS SQL database. The system will have 3 levels of administration: Admin, Manager and User to control content.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Asp and MS SQL
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Recently I have come across a program that does almost exactly what you're looking for. It works on Access, but I will modify it for you and create the database to work with SQL server. I have actually included the code with this bid in case you are able to do such things yourself, but if not I can for the bid listed, and will additionally modify it more to your liking, if need be, to a reasonable degree. Again, this is open source and we are licensed to use it provided it retains the logo that you see in the upper... right or left hand corner, I forget which.
Since writing a piece of software like this is worth a lot more than the bid range on this auction, I suggest going with this. Such an application would cost thousands to be written custom. Please let me know if you have any questions... I look forward to serving you.
