Description:
I am with a non-profit organization that keeps track of our membership information in MS Access and who uses Outlook for most of our communication management (email, faxing, etc.). I currently have many queries in Access that break our contacts into different groups so they can be imported into outlook (ex. Advertisers, Legislators, etc.) I am seeking someone to write the code that will link each of these queries to Constact subfolders named after the appropriate group (ex. Advertisers, Legislators, etc.). What I want to avoid is all the importing that I currently am doing.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
The program will allow me to link many subforlders in Microsoft Outlook to specific, corresponding queried information in MS Access.
Platform:
MS Access 2000
MS Outlook 2000
Windows 98 on two computers and Windows ME on another.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hello, would love to help you out.
I've done quite a bit of MS Office automation and would be able to complete your requested task with no problem.
It would take me about a day&'s time to code and debug it for you, all I need is a copy of your database and the predefined contact groups and any other requirements you have.
I would write the application in Access so there would be no need for a separate application. You could simple import my code/forms to your existing database.
Would like to get started ASAP if you choose me as your coder.
As with all my clients, I'll continue to be available to fix any minor bugs, make program enhancements and will be available for future projects that you may have.
