Description:
The Virtual Bag of Laughs is a novelty item for the Windows PC desktop. Just like the original novelty sold in toy stores, the object of the bag of laughs is to simply laugh non-stop when clicked.
When a user left clicks on the icon, the utility laughs. When a user right clicks on the icon the utility pulls up a short menu for About (which simply displays the copyright) and another entry "Click here for more laughs!" This latter entry is a hyperlink to web site identified in an INI file.
Must include full install and uninstall procedure, configurable INI file, Inno Setup script for future compilation, and laughing sounds.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
I envision this utility to be a simple EXE that gets installed and minimized to the Windows System Tray (98/NT/2000/XP).
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Sep 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hi,
I can easily do that with a very cool GUI.I have lots of exp. with GUI development.
I think if you could supply
laughs that would be better
because that way you may not
have to be dependent on
my laugh-judging-skills.
