Description:
[update 20020819] attach a sample audio file, mostly the audio file will be in this format.
I need an ActiveX DLL or function that able to remove the silence of a given wave file (.wav), regardless of the wave format. It should remove the silence at the beginning and ending of the file.
Works should be well documented, comment. And provide the source code too.

Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Do you need to handle other format than PCM. I believe this control can be easily(cheap) done if it is just PCM wave file, you just need to use mmio* API. But as I know not all ACM codecs have the capability to convert PCM to their format. I have done this type of WAVE file convertor before. |
