Description:
We need a coder to write us a small program in Viusal Basic to do the following:
The object of this program is to enable customer complaints advisors to record customer data and complaints into an access database each time a customer calls to make acomplaint about their service or other customer related complaint. It will also be useful to the Manager or customer complaints advisors to keep track of a complaint or to make an update regarding a complaint.
The program will have the ability to create entries, call up entries and other data available in the database and the database holding all the data should be available for multiple use on a network.
We had someone write us a program to do this but they came up with a bug ridden program. However, the interface they created would be useful to the successful bidder of this project so we are attaching the files of the program for anyone to use as an illustration of what we require.
We would require some testing at network level and at single station level to dermine stability of prgram.
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHED FILES BEFORE BIDDING!
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 2000, Windows XP.
