Description:
This posting is similar to a previous posting on this site.
I am looking for a program that will list TCP activity on the user's computer. There are 3 major things that need to be listed; Application Name (MOST IMPORTANT), Remote IP and Remote Port (ex: iexplorer - 127.0.0.1 - 80).
For more info look at TDIMon (http://www.sysinternals.com/). The program is bascially what I am looking for.
The program's front end must be done in Visual Basic, but can have external dependencies in VC++, Delphi..or whatever works.
Please note: I ALREADY HAVE functions to import the TCP table from iphlpapi.dll, and that's NOT WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR! I really want an app that will not only import the Remote IP and Port, but the Application's name as well.
The program must also be able to block communication before a connection occurs. Example.. the program "trojan.exe" wants to connect to "mail.hackersite.com" on port 21. The program must be able to pause (NOT CANCEL!) the connection, and wait until the user allows the connection to take place, or rejects the connection attempt. Also, must work the other way as well, eg 203.203.203.203 wants to connect to your computer on port 1234, allow or disallow.
Similar to ZoneAlarm i guess.
This program MUST work in Windows NT4/2000/XP and optionally the 9X/ME series.
Examples will speed up the bid excepting process.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

| Hello, I'm the one who posted this same bid request before you. Enclosed is an example of some code that I have that only works on Windows NT/2000/XP. I dont want to use it because I need it to work in 9x, but since that's an option for you, I figured you may benefit from this. The .dll was written in VC++ and the main app was written in Visual Basic. |
