I need a very professional, yet attractive HTML template completed in a very close amount of time. The HTML template should include an 'opening' page, then seperate pages which may contain information. A very good example of what I'm looking for is: http://www.multimedianova.com/ Of course, I want a template that looks more professional and better designed than this. I want the template to be very easy to look at and colors that complement eachother very well. The graphics will need to look sharp and professional, but yet still load fast. Also, the template must leave room for my company banner to be put up.

- Graphics must be professional, sleak, and the HTML **MUST** be able to be edited in DREAMWEAVER MX. It is the software I use, I MUST be able to edit the template in EVERY FORM by using DREAMWEAVER MX.
- This is for my company's website, so it MUST be professional looking and not amatuer looking. It must look on the professional quality level of www.microsoft.com
- I *MUST* BE ABLE TO VIEW THE WEBSITE BEFORE RELEASING THE ESCROW.
** If you are interested in bidding, please prepare an example(s) for me to look at on the world wide web. I DO NOT WANT TO LOOK AT SMALL SNAPSHOTS. If you cannot prepare and example for me to look at, then do not bid. I will release the escrow to the html template i like best.
** The final product must be WATERMARK FREE. It must be 100% CLEAN and I MUST be able to edit it in MACROMEDIA'S DREAMWEAVER MX.
** ALL GRAPHICS MADE MUST BE SENT IN ORIGINAL FORMAT TO ME WITH *ALL* OF THE LAYERS INTACT. I need MAXIMUM VERSATILITY.

Uniqueness, professional quality, and load time are perks which will lead to bonuses. Please read through all of this carefully.
The deadline is extremely tight, please make sure you can meet them before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
