Description:

I have an ASP site already made with administration by a coder already. I need a new coder to comment all the dynamic pages, and make more efficient coding for me (*make it understandable for a very novice beginner*) , you can even REWRITE it but must have the same concept.

I am a web designer and do not know advanced ASP coding, but I do know efficiency and coding practices, I have tried to correct the ASP source and tried my best correcting the UpPeRcAsE and s p a c i n g madness of the previous coder, but it's some advanced stuff they did. I need a coder to do this:

• Neatly comment all ASP pages
• Re-code everything to make it understood for a novice coder
• Site will be available for promising bidders to see.

** I will require that whomever makes a bid attach a small snippet of coding for evaluation purposes. I need to know how your coding practices are.
