Description:
I need a vb6 program that will allow inputing of a search string like "acdc back in black" then search a specified newsgroup (alt.binaries.mp3 or whatever) and if a match is found, download and UNencode the file. It may need to check if all the multipart files are there before attempting to downlaod and undecode the attachment.
It would also be nice to be able to specify multiple newsgroups to search instead of just one.
If need be we could use a 3rd party control such as the mabry newsserver control or something.
It also needs to be able to decode the new yEnc format.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

win2000/xp

Hello.
I'd like to do this job (even for little money) as I am already experienced in writing news clients (some months ago I finished a 28,000 lines newsreader).
You want a program which just searches through all subjects within one newsgroup and downloads the attached files of that messages if it fits the search term, right?
