The images should be able to be inserted either from file OR being passed from a IPictureDisp object. The output TIFF file should have an option for the type: uncompressed, LZW (I do have a license from Unisys), PACKBITS, CCITT, CCITT GROUP3, or CITT GROUP4. Lastly, there should be an optional color depth setting. If not set, it should use whatever the color depth of the first input file is. If the type selected requires a certain color depth (such as the CCITT options), it should be forced to that no matter what. Of course, a parameter of property will be needed for specifying the output path/filename. When the TIFF construction is complete, all resources used by the process should be released. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in OCX or DLL form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
