Description:
Hi my name is Tom Madiara and I currently own the site FlashMonster.com which sells Flash Templates and Intros. I need a programming job to design me a Ordering System which allows customers to purchase these templates or intros with there credit card or through paypal. I would also like this database ordering system to track the sales, and allow me to view the statistics. Let me know the price range for this project. Thanks alot,

Platform:
I would like the operation to be able to run on everything including Windows XP, all 3 versions, Explorer, Netscape, Linux, etc...
