Description:
I'm looking for an ASP developer to design a community focused webhosting site for my business. The site will designed from scratch. I will a community forum with online chat. I'm partial to the free ASP forum provided by "WebWiz" if that helps with ideas. I'm looking for a "Dark Techy" theme for the site. I will also need a company logo designed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I would like detailed comments inserted within the code describing each routine. I also would like a coder whom I may build a strong repetoire with for future endevors.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Dedicated Windows 2000 Server running ASP.NET. This site will need to be compatable with all Browsers.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
There's no real rush on the site, I'd rather spend time perfecting it before releasing a rushed copy.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

My name is Luke and I am a web and graphic designer. ASP is my preferred server technology for dynamic pages, so I am fully prepared to get your site going.
You can see examples of my design work at hawkeyesports.com and wrestlingroom.com, the latter of which I hand-coded. Wrestlingroom.com is completely SSI and .asp pages with some content being database driven.
I also do logos; I did the main logos for wrestlingroom.com, destrophy.com, and recently completed an ASP software logo for a Rentacoder.com buyer.
