Description:
I need a simple Logo and a template for our departmental website. The website is for the Ophthalmology Department of LSU (Louisiana State University, LSUEYE.com

The Logo should be simple - no more than 2 colors but creative.

The Website template just needs to look better than what we have up now. Nothing complex just something aesthetically pleasing. No frames! We use cold fusion so if you want to just create something simple for header and footer includes that is fine.

Put your creative genius to work.

Please direct me towards any previous work and some samples would be a plus.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
