It then thumbnails them and creates a link to an .shtml page where the full picture is found. The program uses a template for both the main page where the thumbnails appear and a template page for each of the pages displaying the full size image. The pictures rotate daily using a cron job. The images used are placed into a folder using the original names and are selected for placement on the page by the program. The program moves through the list choosing the first pictures let's say 1-10 thumbnails them, creates a .shtml page and then links the thumbnail to the .shtml page with the full picture centered. I currently have this program up and running on my site... http://www.freedailypix.com this is a HARDCORE site but the 10 pictures displayed at the bottom are updated daily using this program. It is part of my TGP program and I would like a seperate copy so that it can be used for other sites. Then I can place the call-to code on the template page of the different sites. The current main page template has 10 %THUMBNAIL1% and the next page or site would call %THUMBNAIL2% and so on. This is my second try for this program. I DO NOT Want any ideas of how it can be done in some other way or that the way that I am asking will not work. It does work. All I need is for someone to give me a working version of what I am asking for. You can write it in perl, MySQL, or php I don't care as long as you can provide me with a working program. I don't feel this is hard to do since I am giving you an all ready written look at the perl code I am currently using. So, I am asking that you have a working version which you can show me. I have been working on what you want ready to show you. I have one question: Do you want it so you upload ALL images to a single directory, then use a central-program to assign which pics go to which site? Or would you like to be able to upload all images for site a in /site_a/ and all images for site b in /site_b/ ? Once I know the above, I should be able to finish a working site for you to see <24hrs. If you accept my bid I could work on it straight away and have it done <3 hrs.
